We do not offer refunds for any audio products, sessions, e-courses or programs at Phoenix Heart Ministries, only even exchanges in the event of a damaged audio or link.

If you are not completely satisfied with the results that you receive as a result of working with the tools at PHM, simply email and I will issue you a credit code for you to use on the website.

The only refunds we do offer is if your credit or debit card were erroneously charged.

Please make note of the policies as there are no exceptions.
